Business Traveler
Everything about this place was okay. But, it did not live up to my expectations for a Hilton property. The first front desk person we dealt with was snooty and put us into a room two sizes smaller than the one we had requested. Not good. We also noticed that it took a while for the staff to respond. Several times, reception didn't answer the phone on five rings or more. Sometimes they didn't answer at all. Everyone seems a bit stressed out and not very caring. And the room missed those nice touches (extra outlets for the computer, lights switches that dimmed or turned lights on separately, TV remote that worked properly, shower fixture that was easy to use, etc.) that make a hotel 4 star or 4.5 stars and not 3. ...read more

This is a fine hotel for the business traveler staying in London for several days. The food in the restaurant is pricey but it is located on a business thoroughfare that has many other restaurants.
